Fr. Ben's Charity Foundation
In all, I visited three Orphange Homes in Ghana.
- First was King Jesus Charity/Orphanage Home, which has about 60-70 children who have no parents to care for them. Some of the children were street children, abandoned children and so on.
- Second place I visited was the Street Children Home, managed by the St. Vincent dePaul Sisters of Nigeria. There are about 80 young ladies that are being taken care of by the Roman Sisters. You can see in the pictures, one young lady of about 15 years who was raped on the street and is now pregnant. The Sisters took her from the street so that they can give her shelter. Fr. Ben's Foundation promised to take care of that young pregnant girl until delivery. and then the baby would be taken to the Mother Theresa Sisters for raising.
- The third place we visited was Cherubs Children Home that takes care of about 90 children (boys & girls). They have different place of shelter.
- My Foundation presented different food items and drinkables to the three charity homes, which includes a cash donation. Fr. Ben's Foundation also send some money to Pankrono Roman Catholic School in support of their water project for the school children. The water project for the school was completed and now about 500 children in the school have good drinking water.
